What is included in the our ice rink rental package?

Our private ice rink rental package includes exclusive access to the arena for your event. Skates are also included for all attendees.

Do you offer the option of ice skating parties?

We DO NOT provide the option for hosting birthday parties and other functions during public skate times. There is the option of renting ice/building completely. For private rental parties, you have the option of ice skating, broom ball, or half and half.

What should attendees wear for the ice skating event?

We recommend dressing warmly with gloves, snow pants, hats, coats, and scarves to ensure everyone stays comfortable while enjoying the ice skating experience.

Are first aid and medical assistance available on-site for emergencies?

We do have fully stocked first aid kits as well as an AED machine.

What's the refund/cancellation policy for unforeseen circumstances?

Refunds are to the discretion of management.
